HOW DO I ORDER?

For the printing to be of high quality, please provide an image with the highest resolution as possible.

WHAT FORMAT DOES THE IMAGE NEED TO BE IN?

Images need to be emailed in either a jpg, jpe or png

 

WHAT ARE EDIBLE IMAGES MADE OF?

We use high quality icing sheets (not wafer) and edible printing ink.

 

HOW LONG DO EDIBLE IMAGES LAST?

If stored in an air tight bag away from direct sunlight the edible images should last at least 6 months. 

 

CAN YOU DESIGN AN IMAGE FOR US?

Yes, if you have a theme in mind we are able to design images to suit that theme,  we can also add text to your design to personalise it further. There is an additional fee for this service and can be discussed when placing your order.

KEEP IN MIND.

When the images are printed out on icing image sheets, the colour may not be exactly the same as the draft or what you see on the screen. This is the case for all printing, unless it’s printed by a very high end printing press. It may be a few shades different. Most of the time the difference is so slight that it’s not obvious, but there are times when the difference in tone is obvious. This is especially important with company logos because 

companies are very strict on exact tone, and we cannot guarantee that.
